Join us for an
Intermediate level Ballet Intensive this summer!
Classes will start with Progressing ballet technique, ballet technique and pointe.
Dancers do not have to be on pointe to participate in the pointe classes.

Students must have technical proficiency in ballet and terminology.

Nurturing the Healthy Dancer
Nurturing the Healthy Dancer with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Rachel Fine. The virtual workshop will be held at AC Dance on Thursday, September 29th at 7pm. This workshop is highly recommended for all dancers, parents, teachers, family members and yes, basically everyone! I encourage parents to attend! Rachel will be covering the following:
Maximize their plates to gain the nutrients their bodies need most.
Optimize energy levels for performance.
Build balanced meals that support training needs and muscle recovery.
Choose healthy and convenient snacks.
Reduce risk for injury.
Prevent early-onset fatigue.
Cultivate a positive relationship with food and body.
